Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us at sales@prettyprivilegeco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for mailing the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@prettyprivilegeco.com.
